Certication Hours
- Effective October 1, 2007, the hours for walk-in's
for certification, whether new or renewal, will be Tuesdays
2:00 P.M. through 5:00 P.M.
- Walk-ins will be seen on a first come, first served
basis unless they conflict with someone who has an appointment
at that time.
- Appointments may be scheduled by contacting our office.
- Applicants are required to provide all photocopies.
We do not provide photocopying services.
We have found that almost all questions are answered on our web
site in the "Frequently
Asked Questions" area. The online information is available 24/7. Click HERE
for the FAQs. And, of course, you can fill out your certification application online 24/7!
