Disaster Preparedness Training
Disaster Preparedness Training Events and Opportunities:
NorCal EMS is committed to providing information regarding training programs
to educate our region's healthcare and public safety workforce in the fundamental
principles of preparing for, responding to and mitigation of, a Weapons
of Mass Destruction and/or Mass Casualty event.
We continually strive to promote regional efforts to make available curricula
and continuing education, for health care and public safety professionals,
that broadens existing knowledge and ensures essential multidisciplinary
and interdisciplinary responses.
Training is provided in a number of ways: hosted, onsite and online. We
will continue to add and update training course information as it becomes
available.

public. EMI curricula are structured to meet the needs of this
