Anderson Scholarship

The Conrad Anderson Paramedic Scholarship

Helping Those in the Nor-Cal EMS Area to Become Paramedics

Conrad Anderson was a long standing and respected member of the EMS community for many years in the Nor-Cal EMS region. After purchasing "Redding Ambulance" and changing its name to "North Valley Ambulance", he transformed the basic life support service to one providing advanced life support. During that time he supported his staff and personally funded their education to become licensed as paramedics.

Conrad passed away from lung cancer on March 7, 2009. This followed his sale of "North Valley ambulance" to American Medical Response. In the spirit of Conrad’s support of furthering his staff’s education, a Paramedic Scholarship Fund has been set up in his memory.

Scholarship Details

The Conrad Anderson Paramedic Scholarship fund is being managed through the Nor-Cal EMS office. Gifts to the fund can be made by donations to the "Conrad Anderson Paramedic Scholarship c/o NOR-CAL EMS" at 43 Hilltop Dr., Redding, CA. 96003.

When the fund reaches an adequate amount, solicitations for applications will be noticed at this site.
