Corporation

Northern California EMS, Inc. promotes and oversees quality emergency medical services through leadership, innovation, and collaboration with the communities we serve.

Northern California EMS, Inc. (Nor-Cal EMS) is a private, nonprofit public benefit corporation organized in 1982 to improve emergency medical care in northeastern California. The Corporation currently contracts with five counties including Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Sierra, and Trinity to conduct specific Division 2.5, Health and Safety Code "Local EMS Agency" responsibilities.
