Online Application for Certification

 QUICK SIGN-IN & START APPLICATION 

Thank you for choosing to apply for your certification online. In order to process your online application, we will need supporting documentation. Supporting documentation may be mailed in if you do not have a scanner, camera, or cell phone with camera. The supporting documentation required differs for each type of certification.

Your application will be considered submitted when we have received your application, all of your supporting documentation, background check if required, and payment. NOTE: THE MOST COMMON CAUSE OF DELAY FOR APPLICATION APPROVAL IS FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL DOCUMENTATION.

If you have a scanner, cell phone, or camera you may scan or photograph your documents in high resolution. You will have an opportunity to submit these digital versions of your documents online securely so you won't need to mail them.

If you are unable to obtain digital documents, you can chose the option of mailing them in. Choosing this option allows you to print a cover page and document checklist. You will need to:

  1. Make copies of your documents;
  2. Write your application number on each page; and
  3. Mail to:
